Andover Mills

Andover Mills owned by Wayfair LLC produce a leather recliner I bought via Wayfair.

The so called leather is separating from its backing.

I contacted Wayfair who contacted Andover Mills and all I get is the run a round!

Cheap parts, did not screw together properly, and the bright red cushions faded to light pink in less than one year! Very disappointing.

I got mine at Target and paid too much for it, I see Wayfair carries it too. buyer beware!

Andover mills should have spare parts/ accessories matching the furniture it sells. I bought a vanity which did not come with a backsplash.

I was looking for a matching backsplash and side thresholds and the pattern is just impossible to find.

The site does not have any accessories and the options provided by the CS representative did not meet the requirements. Order

Bought a 4 tier bathroom light fixtures. Item arrived missing essential parts.

Only noticed after the 30 days were up. Company would not entertain a return, a replacement, sending the missing part, or even a conversation.

Avoid this company AND Wayfair at all costs.

this is a worthless cheap couch. save your money and customer service is a lot.

avoid at all cost. they won't honor warranty, blame you and everyone else. not with it.

no one in management seems to care or even lift a finger for service, repair or even seen to care. spend your money elsewhere.

I purchased this cabinet from Wayfair. We didn't get around to opening the box until 30 days had passed, so they will not accept a return or anything else regarding the item.

I have 12 photos of extremely damaged parts. We'd like to keep the cabinet, just get the pieces that are broken replaced.

It was way too expensive for us to start gluing stuff together in the hopes that it will work. Just want this corrected.

Called and emailed numerous times for over 2 weeks now.

No customer support have any courtesy to call or email back to me to my question.

What kind of business are they running!!

I will never will shop specifically any products with Andover Mills company ever again.

Weve ordered 6 of the Hoefer Parsons Dining Side Chairs and after 6 months there coming apart and very wobbly and very little padding. We are not big people and very disappointed in the quality of the chairs. If theres anything you can suggest in making it right please let me know.

Purchased 3 piece bedroom set - nightstands (2) and headboard/bed frame.

Nightstands were missing several parts. Called customer service - phone # on this site was actually for Wayfair. Wayfair agreed to send me a completely new set since Andover Mills doesnt replace hardware only.

Ill use the hardware for the missing parts then return whatever is left if Andover Mills wants that.

I purchased a bench from Wayfair. I have pictures of it rusting.

I contacted Wayfair and they say to contact you. I need another one sent or credit issued as this is supposed to be a non rusting bench.

I can send the pictures when needed. Wayfair also has them.
