I purchased this cabinet from Wayfair. We didn't get around to opening the box until 30 days had passed, so they will not accept a return or anything else regarding the item.
I have 12 photos of extremely damaged parts. We'd like to keep the cabinet, just get the pieces that are broken replaced.
It was way too expensive for us to start gluing stuff together in the hopes that it will work. Just want this corrected.

- - Purchased the Fredela bed from Wayfair; slats were not sturdy.
- - Slats snapped after about two weeks; Wayfair replaced it, but the problem recurred.
Purchased the Fredela tufted low profile platform bed through wayfair and after assembling it we could tell the slats included were not very sturdy nor enough of them provided, after two weeks I sat on the side of my bed and felt the slats underneath me snap while the mattress sank into the platform! Im 53 and 145lbs I contacted wayfair and they immediately sent me out a whole new bed..
again after assembling I knew it would happen again and it did after about 3 weeks the same thing happened.
Unfortunately for me I had sold my king platform frame that came with my puffy mattress so my bed is currently sitting on milk crates and I either need to purchase a whole new bed or at least a new frame because wayfair wont replace it again and I was told to contact the manufacturer.. I will never buy another piece of their furniture again..

Purchased 3 piece bedroom set - nightstands (2) and headboard/bed frame.
Nightstands were missing several parts. Called customer service - phone # on this site was actually for Wayfair. Wayfair agreed to send me a completely new set since Andover Mills doesnt replace hardware only.
Ill use the hardware for the missing parts then return whatever is left if Andover Mills wants that.
